Unlike a 4 year leap-year we have promised ourselves not to wait that long before we enjoy the spoils of Semilla restaurant, Paris, again. Spotted, whilst sitting one afternoon having an afternoon crepe and glass of red from the opposite side of the road, we wrote down the name of this modern industrial looking restaurant and vowed to eat here when we next visited Paris. Less than 12 months since that visit we were so thankful we had made the effort. The atmosphere is very buzzy with an eclectic bunch of patrons. Service; excellent. Food; excellent – and the bank manager didn’t have to stop any of our cards, so a win win situation!
Our sommelier perfectly paired wines that complemented the food and our palette. All dishes were star dishes, we even ordered the same main as it sounded so good.
